I believe that a successful therapeutic relationship comes from collaboration, mutual respect, and authenticity. In my practice, I show up as authentically myself and I want to provide a space for you to feel comfortable doing the same. Therapy should be a place where you feel heard, seen, understood, and supported. It is my goal to provide this understanding and support for you through creating a safe, collaborative, affirming space to assist you in growth and healing.

  • Life can be complicated, and sometimes past experiences continue to affect us in the present. Individual therapy offers a space to work through current challenges, process past experiences, and develop a deeper understanding of yourself. Our work together will be tailored to your needs and goals, with space to explore what matters most to you. You know your life best, and I'm here to support you as you navigate challenges and work toward meaningful change.

Services

  • Sexuality and intimacy can be difficult to talk about, but you don't have to navigate these experiences alone. Sex therapy offers a space to better understand yourself, explore your needs and desires, and work through concerns related to intimacy, sexual functioning, identity, kink, or relationship dynamics. My goal is to create a safe, nonjudgmental, and affirming space where you can feel comfortable exploring these topics at your own pace.

    I am currently completing the Sex Therapy Certification program through Sexual Health Alliance as part of my training toward becoming an AASECT Certified Sex Therapist.

  • I offer workshops and lectures on LGBTQ+ issues, sexuality, sexual health, kink, ethical non-monogamy, and inclusive practices. I work with organizations, professionals, and groups interested in learning more about these topics. If you're interested in a workshop or customized training, please reach out for availability and pricing. Reduced or waived fees may be available for schools and nonprofit organizations.
